Rizelle was born out of a frustration that many investors know well. After years working within larger institutions, our founder Isabelle Marchand found herself advising clients whose interests were frequently secondary to transaction volumes, management fees, and internal targets.

She left to build something different. Not a firm that chases scale, but one that earns trust. Rizelle was incorporated in 2021 with a single guiding principle: we will only take on clients we can genuinely serve well, and we will never compromise on that.

In practice, that means a deliberately small portfolio of clients, direct access to senior advisors on every matter, and a total alignment of interests. We do not earn commission on properties we recommend. We are not incentivised to transact — we are incentivised to deliver.

Today, Rizelle manages a curated selection of residential and commercial assets across London and the South East. Our clients range from young professionals building their first investment property to multigenerational family offices with complex, diversified portfolios. What they have in common is a preference for quality of advice over quantity of noise.

In 2025, we achieved a 99% client retention rate. It is the metric we are most proud of — not because of what it says about our processes, but because of what it says about our relationships.

We could grow faster. We choose not to. Every new client we take on receives the same direct access to our founding team that our first clients had. We believe that when a firm gets too large to know its clients by name, it gets too large to serve them well.

Long-term relationships over short-term transactions

We are paid to manage and advise, not to transact. This means we will tell you when not to buy as readily as when to. We have walked away from deals that would have earned us fees because they were wrong for the client. We would do it again without hesitation.

Transparency in everything

You will always know exactly what we charge, why we charge it, and what you are getting. Our fee structures are clear, fixed, and disclosed in full before any engagement begins. We do not earn undisclosed referral fees. We do not have hidden incentives.

Founder & Managing Director

Fifteen years in UK residential and commercial property, including senior roles at Knight Frank and a private family office before founding Rizelle in 2021. Isabelle leads all client relationships and drives acquisitions strategy.

James Whitfield

Head of Acquisitions

A former deal originator at CBRE with a specialism in off-market sourcing across London and the Home Counties. James has completed over £40M of transactions in the past decade and brings a forensic eye for value and risk.

Priya Khatri

Head of Estate Management

RICS qualified with twelve years of hands-on residential estate management experience. Priya oversees all day-to-day operations across our managed portfolio — from tenant relations and compliance to planned maintenance programmes.

Thomas Adeyemi

Head of Finance & Structuring

Chartered Accountant and former Deloitte Real Estate advisor. Thomas works alongside clients' legal and tax teams to structure property holdings for maximum efficiency — from SPV setup and LLP arrangements to inheritance planning and trust structures.

Rizelle founded
Isabelle Marchand incorporates Rizelle Ltd in London. The firm launches with a clear brief: boutique, transparent, and built on long-term relationships. First two client engagements signed in the inaugural quarter.
First acquisition completed
Rizelle completes its first off-market residential acquisition on behalf of a private client — a South London period conversion securing a 5.2% net yield. James Whitfield joins as Head of Acquisitions.
£1M assets under management
The managed portfolio crosses £1M AUM. Priya Khatri joins to lead estate management as the team's hands-on operational workload grows. The firm introduces its proprietary quarterly reporting format, now a cornerstone of client communication.
Portfolio grows to five properties
The managed portfolio expands to five curated assets across residential and commercial sectors. Thomas Adeyemi joins to lead finance and structuring. The firm launches a formal wealth structuring advisory service.
99% client retention achieved
After five years of operation, Rizelle records a 99% client retention rate across its entire history — a figure validated independently through client satisfaction surveys. The firm also introduces a Market Intelligence subscription service.
