Rizelle was born out of a frustration that many investors know well. After years working within larger institutions, our founder Isabelle Marchand found herself advising clients whose interests were frequently secondary to transaction volumes, management fees, and internal targets.
She left to build something different. Not a firm that chases scale, but one that earns trust. Rizelle was incorporated in 2021 with a single guiding principle: we will only take on clients we can genuinely serve well, and we will never compromise on that.
In practice, that means a deliberately small portfolio of clients, direct access to senior advisors on every matter, and a total alignment of interests. We do not earn commission on properties we recommend. We are not incentivised to transact — we are incentivised to deliver.
Today, Rizelle manages a curated selection of residential and commercial assets across London and the South East. Our clients range from young professionals building their first investment property to multigenerational family offices with complex, diversified portfolios. What they have in common is a preference for quality of advice over quantity of noise.
In 2025, we achieved a 99% client retention rate. It is the metric we are most proud of — not because of what it says about our processes, but because of what it says about our relationships.
